This notice describes the website’s forms, cookieless analytics and external links. It does not establish a retention schedule or describe every process used to arrange a booking.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Serendip Turizm Tic. Ltd. Şti. ("Serendipity Tours", "we", "us"), a TÜRSAB-licensed travel agency (#7797) based in Türkiye. You can reach us at info@serendipityturkey.com or via our contact page.

2. What we collect

Enquiry and booking details: your name, email address, phone number, travel dates, group size, and any preferences or requirements you share with us through our forms or email.
Newsletter subscriptions: your email address, only if you choose to subscribe.
Form context: the page address, selected tour and form source accompany a submission so that we can understand your request. Please do not send payment-card details or sensitive identity documents through these enquiry forms.
Aggregate analytics: the website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless service that measures page views and performance without cookies, local storage or cross-site identifiers.
Website delivery: your browser connects to our hosting/CDN infrastructure to request pages. These requests necessarily include technical information such as an IP address; this is separate from analytics.

3. How we use your data

To respond to your enquiries and prepare tour quotations.
To receive newsletter requests when you use the separate subscription form. An enquiry does not submit that form or sign you up to the newsletter.
To understand aggregate website usage through cookieless analytics.

All enquiry and newsletter forms submit to Formspree. Formspree receives the fields you submit and technical request information. A success message means that the form provider accepted your request, not that a tour booking or newsletter subscription has been finalised. Contact us to ask about the recipients and arrangements that would apply to your booking.

4. Cookies and analytics

This website does not use analytics cookies and does not show a cookie banner. Site statistics are collected with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures page views and performance without cookies, local storage, fingerprinting or cross-site tracking. Individual visitors are not identified or profiled. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy. Form fields such as your name, email address and message are never included in analytics.

Following a WhatsApp, TripAdvisor, social-media or other external link takes you to a separate service governed by its own policies. We do not control that service’s tracking or retention.

5. Retention, recipients and international processing

The retention periods for enquiry correspondence, booking records, newsletter requests and analytics are not specified by this website’s code. Provider account settings, storage locations, supplier recipients and any international-transfer arrangements require confirmation from the operator. Please contact info@serendipityturkey.com for information about your records and proposed booking before sending sensitive information.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Residents of Türkiye have rights under the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). To exercise any of these rights, email info@serendipityturkey.com.

To stop receiving newsletters, email us with an unsubscribe request or use an unsubscribe option provided in the message.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
